All Things Baby is seeking a customer-centric pre-sales and post-sales specialist in Mumbai to guide luxury product selections and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels, driving sales targets while upselling and bundling products. Experience in premium ecommerce is preferred, with a focus on high-quality customer care and efficient resolution of issues.

• Experience in pre-sales, post-sales, or inside sales.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in luxury/premium ecommerce or consumer products is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound pre-sales queries via phone, email, and digital channels, guiding customers on appropriate product selection
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat engagement
• Achieve individual sales targets by converting enquiries into purchases
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling to enhance the customer experience
• Manage post-sales queries including order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally within defined SLAs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and resolutions within internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 2- 5 years of experience in pre-sales, post-sales, customer support, or inside sales

• Experience in luxury /premium ecommerce or consumer products is preferred
