Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day retail operations and ensure smooth execution of assigned activities.

• Assist in handling customer queries, feedback, and service-related concerns in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory, stock movement, orders, and other operational requirements.
• Work closely with the Retail Vertical Head on daily operations, follow-ups, reports, and business-related tasks.
• Assist in training and onboarding of retail staff and support the development of training materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational activities.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues or operational gaps.
• Support the Vertical Head with process improvements, and business initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
