Job summary

The Job Factory in Bangalore is hiring Customer Representatives for an International Voice Process. You will handle inbound calls from US and UK customers, understand their needs, and provide prompt solutions with empathy.

We require at least 1 year of experience, any graduate, excellent spoken English, and willingness to work day shifts. Immediate joiners are preferred. Joining bonus and cab facility up to 20 KM are offered.
