Job summary

Orion It Services seeks a dedicated professional for US collections handling overdue payments and payment negotiations. You will contact US customers, explain options, and secure commitments while maintaining detailed records. The role requires experience in US voice processes within a BPO environment.

Immediate joiners preferred, with focus on achieving timely collections and accurate documentation. On-site position based in India, with opportunities to grow within the collections team.

Qualifications

• Experience in US collections, debt collection, or related AR processes.
• Experience in BPO/contact-center handling US customers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US customers about overdue payments.
• Explain payment options, due dates, and expectations clearly.
• Identify delinquency reasons and offer appropriate payment solutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements within guidelines.
• Follow up on promises and record all interactions and commitments.

• Effectively communicate payment expectations, due dates, and available payment options.
• Understand the reason for delinquency and work with customers to identify appropriate payment solutions.
• Negotiate and establish payment arrangements within approved guidelines.
• Follow up on promised payments and ensure commitments are met.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all customer interactions, commitments, and payment arrangements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in US collections, debt collection, accounts receivable, credit card collections, loan collections, healthcare collections, or similar US voice processes.
• Experience working with US customers in a BPO/contact-center environment.
