Prudent Corporate in Ahmedabad is looking for a Customer Care Executive- Backend Query Solution to handle and resolve customer and partner queries effectively. You will coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution and ensure queries are resolved within defined TAT.

You will maintain proper query records, follow SOPs and escalation guidelines, communicate via email and phone, and use MS Office to track queries.
