Job summary

Honeycomb Telnet in Navi Mumbai invites applications for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound calls related to internet connectivity issues and perform basic troubleshooting for routers and broadband services.

You will log and track customer complaints in the CRM, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. Freshers are welcome; fluency in Kannada, Hindi and English is mandatory.
