Job summary

V5 Global Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Customer Support Representative - E-commerce Process in Gurugram. The role handles voice and chat queries for ecommerce clients, resolves orders, payments, delivery and refunds, and ensures first-contact resolution with accurate CRM updates.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in customer support, fluent English and Hindi, and be comfortable with rotational shifts. WFO in Gurugram Phase IV. Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support/BPO.
• Excellent English and Hindi communication required.
• Versant 5-6 mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via voice and chat for E-commerce.
• Resolve issues related to orders, payments, delivery, refunds and returns.
• Aim for first-time resolution and maintain quality and productivity.
• Update customer details accurately in CRM.
