Job summary

Dienste Tech Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service - Voice Process professional in Gurugram. The role requires 1–3 years of experience and a graduate degree across any discipline.

You will handle customer queries via voice calls, ensure accurate information, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The position offers a 5-day week with rotational shifts, including night shifts, and cab facility both sides.

Qualifications
