• Meet all performance metrics, including Average Handling Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Only experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months in a Voice/Customer Support role will be considered (Freshers are strictly not allowed).
• Communication: Candidates must possess strict V4-level communication skills with flawless verbal English.
• Working Hours: Comfortable working in rotational shifts within an 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM window.
• Schedule: 6-day working model with 1 rotational week off.
