Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a Customer Care Executive in Chennai to handle 100+ telecalling activities daily, pitching Gold Loan products, generating leads, and following up with prospects to convert them into customers.

You will coordinate with branch staff for documentation, assist in day-to-day customer service operations, maintain records, and build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer retention.
