We are actively hiring a Custom Layout Engineer for an exciting opportunity with a leading Product semiconductor organization working on next-generation TSMC 2nm products.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Layout design of Analog amp; Mixed Signal blocks on TSMC 2nm technology
• Floor Planning, Track Planning, and Power Grid (PG) Planning
• Device Matching and Routing Matching for high-performance designs
• Digital Logic Implementation using VSR Router
• DRC, LVS, ERC, and Antenna Verification using Calibre
• Development of Hierarchical Layouts

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with TSMC 3nm and below nodes (2nm preferred)
• Strong expertise in Analog amp; Mixed Signal Layout
• Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso GXL and VSR Router
• Experience with Calibre Physical Verification
• Strong understanding of advanced-node layout methodologies
