Job summary

Cloudxtreme in India is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for ITSM platform administration and development. You will design, configure, and customize core ITSM modules, automate workflows, and implement integrations using Flow Designer and MID Server.

The role requires hands-on experience with JavaScript and Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and a track record of delivering scalable ITSM solutions in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development and admin experience in ITSM.
• Experience configuring and maintaining ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specs and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize core ITSM modules within ServiceNow.
• Build and manage complex workflows using Flow Designer and Business Rules.
• Write clean, maintainable JavaScript and use Glide APIs for Client Scripts and UI policies.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Design, configure, and customize core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
• Workflow Automation: Build and manage complex workflows using Flow Designer, and Business Rules.
• Custom Scripting: Write clean, maintainable code using JavaScript and Glide APIs for Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• System Integrations: Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Maintenance & Upgrades: Support platform upgrades, patching, and cloning across sub-production and production environments.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 38 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration, specifically within the ITSM suite.

Preferred Certifications

• CSA: Certified System Administrator (Mandatory).
• CAD: Certified Application Developer.
• CIS-ITSM: Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management.
