Job summary

Skillventory is seeking an experienced CSR Program Manager to lead end-to-end CSR initiatives in Pune, India. The role requires coordinating with NGOs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality implementation and strong impact measurement.

Ideal candidates will have 3–7 years in CSR or related fields, with excellent planning, analytics, and communication skills. Travel may be required, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of CSR programs and initiatives.
• Design and execute CSR projects aligned with organizational objectives and social impact goals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, implementation partners, NGOs, vendors, and other external agencies for seamless program execution.
• Develop project plans, monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and quality implementation.
• Track program performance using defined KPIs and evaluation frameworks and recommend improvement actions.
• Establish implementation systems, governance processes, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure accurate data collection, impact assessment, and partner reporting in line with organizational requirements.
• Identify project risks, anticipate implementation challenges, and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and impact reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence across multiple CSR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with CSR guidelines, organizational policies, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

3-7 years of experience in CSR, Program Management, Project Management, or Social Development initiatives.

Experience in managing end-to-end CSR programs, community development projects, or large-scale social initiatives.

Exposure to Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Allied sectors will be preferred.

Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and drive projects independently.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project reporting tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively as per project requirements.
