Qualifications

• Experience in CSR fundraising or B2B sales preferred.
• Ability to identify corporate funding opportunities and convert leads.
• Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.

Job description

• We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented CSR Corporate Fundraising professional to develop corporate partnerships, generate CSR funding opportunities, and build long-term relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate leads and CSR funding opportunities.
• Build relationships with CSR Heads, HR Heads, senior management and key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular client visits, corporate meetings and presentations to foster strong and long-term relationships.
• Understand client CSR objectives and align them with STEM Learning''s programs.
• Manage corporate outreach through calls, emails, networking and meetings.
• Prepare CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations and funding pitches.
• Manage the complete fundraising cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual fundraising targets.
Maintain an active pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, repeat funding and long-term CSR partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation and delivery of CSR projects.
• Research companies, CSR initiatives, funding priorities and emerging partnership opportunities.
• Represent STEM Learning at CSR events, conferences, exhibitions and networking forums.
• Maintain accurate records, MIS and regular reports of leads, meetings, proposals and closures.
• Ensure continuous client engagement, satisfaction and relationship management.
