Job summary

Novalink Consultancy seeks an experienced CRT Trainer to prepare students for campus recruitment and enhance employability. You will deliver training in communication, aptitude, group discussions, interviews, and professional skills while tracking performance.

The trainer will assess learner progress, provide mentoring, develop training modules, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Marathi.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.
• Good understanding of campus recruitment and placement processes.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude, interview prep, GDs and employability skills.
• High emotional intelligence and student engagement and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to assess learner performance and provide actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training on communication skills, aptitude, group discussions, mock interviews, and soft skills.
• Prepare students for campus placements, recruitment processes, and job interviews.
• Assess students' strengths and areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback and mentoring.
• Track student performance, attendance, and progression through assessment metrics.
• Develop and update training modules, curriculum, assessments, and practice materials.
• Conduct mock interviews, GDs, aptitude assessments, and other placement-readiness activities.
• Motivate and mentor students to build confidence, professionalism, and workplace readiness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.

• Track student performance, attendance, and progression through relevant assessment and performance metrics.
• Develop and update training modules, curriculum, assessments, and practice materials based on current industry and recruitment trends.
• Conduct mock interviews, GDs, aptitude assessments, and other placement-readiness activities.
• Motivate and mentor students to build confidence, professionalism, and workplace readiness.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
