Manager - Corporate Readiness Program (Corporate & Career Services - Placement Cell)
Objective of the Role
Mentor students to achieve career goals, introduce them to the corporate world, and familiarize them with various sectors and industries. Collaborate closely with the Placements team and students to ensure successful career beginnings and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design in-house curriculum considering the skillsets and competencies required for roles offered on B-school campuses.
- Assess individual competencies using testing methodologies and address gaps through 1:1 discussions and mock interviews.
- Empower students and enhance their business acumen by introducing industry and company-specific presentation frameworks.
- Drive business-focused activities by guiding the Placement Committee at scheduled intervals.
- Conduct soft skills and professional development modules to facilitate the 'Campus to Corporate' transition.
- Engage with faculty, alumni, and subject matter experts for domain-specific preparation.
- Collaborate with training team members to understand the scope and scale of the CRP.
- Maintain records of student assessments, progress reports, and documentation.
Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of experience in the training domain.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to operate under pressure.
- Business acumen with the ability to articulate thoughts professionally.
