Job summary

Cranedge India Pvt. Ltd. seeks a skilled CRM administrator to manage Zoho CRM across regions and verticals.

You will design workflow automations, publish live dashboards, maintain data hygiene, and train calling executives and sales engineers on CRM usage, while optimizing CRM processes to boost conversion.

This role emphasizes data integrity, smooth enquiry hand-offs, and monthly MIS reporting to support sales and operations across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Zoho CRM administration across users, pipelines and layouts.
• Create workflow automations including auto‑assignment, reminders and escalation.
• Publish dashboards and MIS reports by region and vertical.
• Enforce data hygiene, de‑duplication and field validations.
• Train calling executives and sales engineers on CRM usage.
• Support bulk data imports and data quality initiatives.

Job description

• Administer Zoho CRM: users, pipelines, layouts, lead-assignment rules by region and vertical.
• Build workflow automations (auto-assignment, follow-up reminders, escalation, email/WhatsApp templates) and integrate the calling data and enquiry hand-over process.
• Publish live dashboards: dials, connects, enquiries, appointments, conversion and order intake by vertical/region; monthly MIS.
• Maintain data hygiene rules, de-duplication and field validations; support the Data Mining Executive on bulk imports.
• Train calling executives and sales engineers on CRM usage;
• Maintain Data Hygiene.
