Job summary

M/s Alphatec Audio Video seeks a seasoned Business Systems/CRM professional to lead Zoho CRM and Creator ecosystems. You will redesign processes, build integrations, and drive AI-enabled automation across Sales, Finance, and Service, ensuring scalable, data-driven operations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and implementation partners to roll out solutions, improve data quality, and foster adoption across Mumbai and locations.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, Digital Transformation, Automation, CRM or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator or similar platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Sound understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, APIs, integrations and databases.
• Experience with Deluge, Python or similar coding languages preferred.
• Experience building AI agents, GenAI solutions, automations or intelligent workflows is a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex processes and systems.
• Ability to independently take a requirement from business problem to design, build and implement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Zoho Ecosystem Ownership

• Own and continuously improve Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator and the related ecosystem, with a clear focus on simplicity, scalability, data quality and user experience.
• Review the existing CRM and Creator architecture; redesign processes, forms, workflows, modules and integrations wherever needed.
• Drive integration between Zoho and other business systems (accounting, inventory, service, e-commerce and partner platforms) to create one connected operating environment across locations and divisions.

Automation & Artificial Intelligence

• Build and enhance automations, workflows, APIs, custom functions and integrations using relevant technologies.
• Identify, design and deploy AI agents, Generative AI and intelligent automation use cases that remove manual effort across sales, presales, Finance, partner management and service operations.
• Evaluate new Zoho features and emerging AI technologies, and proactively recommend where they can create value for Alphatec.

Data, Insights & Controls

• Develop dashboards, reports, controls and data solutions that give management real-time visibility of pipeline, sales, forecasts, inventory and partner performance.
• Establish data standards and governance so that numbers across departments and locations are consistent and decision-ready.

Business Partnering & Adoption

• Partner with Sales, Presales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Service teams to understand their pain points and convert them into technology-led solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders and implementation partners to drive rollout, user adoption, training and continuous improvement.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 8-12 years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, Digital Transformation, Automation, CRM or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator or similar platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).

• Hands-on coding in Deluge, Python, or similar is preferred, but not mandatory.
