Job summary

Arihant Publications India Ltd. is seeking a Database Manager- Zoho CRM Admin to oversee data quality and CRM configurations. You will manage customer and partner records, create CRM modules, import large datasets, and maintain accurate contact information to support sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include leading data hygiene, segment creation, lead allocation, and generating MIS reports. Collaborative work with telecalling, sales, and marketing teams ensures consistent data

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Zoho CRM databases.
• Strong data management and data quality practices.
• Ability to design and maintain CRM modules, fields and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer/partner data in Zoho CRM.
• Create and maintain CRM modules, fields, tags, pipelines and records.
• Import, clean, validate and update large databases.
• Identify and remove duplicate, incomplete and outdated records.
• Maintain accurate information such as name, phone number, WhatsApp status, school name, subject, class, board, city, last interaction and purchase information.
• Create customer segments and maintain accurate contact information.
• Manage lead allocation and reassignment among team members.
• Maintain activity history, follow-up dates and contact status in CRM.
• Prepare regular MIS and CRM reports related to database health, active/inactive contacts, lead status and team activity.
• Coordinate with telecalling, sales, marketing and relationship teams for database updates.
• Support CRM integrations and database automation.
• Ensure regular database verification and data accuracy.
