Global Personnel Services Llp is seeking a CRM Executive with 5–8 years of experience to manage customer interactions and drive service excellence in a dynamic real estate environment. The role requires coordination with multiple teams, effective data management in CRM systems, and timely progress updates to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, and project teams for timely updates.
• Manage documentation such as agreements, allotment letters, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
• Ensure timely communication on project progress and possession status.
• Support in collections and payment tracking.
