Job summary

PREPCA is seeking a hands-on Data Operations Associate to manage and update customer data in the CRM, clean and validate datasets, and prepare trackers using Google Sheets. You will upload lead data for calling campaigns and configure campaigns on Exotel/Knowlarity, while monitoring performance and maintaining records.

The role requires meticulous attention to data accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.

Qualifications
