Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in managing CRM data, reports, and automation is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CRM data, users, and system access.
• Update customer, lead, and sales information accurately.
• Prepare CRM reports, dashboards, and KPI analytics.
• Develop and manage CRM workflows and automation.
• Analyze customer data and support customer segmentation.
• Provide CRM user training and technical support.
• Coordinate with IT/vendors for CRM integration and troubleshooting.
• Suggest improvements to enhance CRM efficiency and data quality.
