Job summary

SEQUEL in Bengaluru is hiring a Customer Support Coordinator to handle inbound queries by phone and email, and to inform customers about delivery and pickup statuses of their shipments.

You will coordinate with sales, operations and delivery teams to gather real-time information, relay timely updates to customers, and participate in hub meetings to understand client needs and brainstorm practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls and emails from customers and answering queries.
• Making outbound calls and emails to inform customers about delivery and pickup status of shipments.
• Coordinating internally with the sales and operations team to obtain information related to customer queries.
• Coordinating with the delivery team to obtain real-time pickup and delivery information of shipments.
• Participating in hub meetings with sales and ops to understand client requirements and brainstorm solutions.

Role & responsibilities

• Handling Inbound Calls & Email from customers and answer to their queries
• Doing Outbound calls & Emails to the customer to keep them inform about the delivery & pick up status of their shipments
• Coordinating Internally with the sales and Operations team to get the information related to customer Queries
• Coordinate with the ground level Delivery team to get the information on the real time pickup and delivery information of the shipments
• Be a part of the internal Hub meeting with sales & ops team to understand client requirement and brainstorm the solution for the same
