Job summary

Convergeone India is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, build, test, and deploy CRM solutions across on‑premise and cloud environments. You will work on plugin development, forms and views customization, and CRM architecture, using a strong JavaScript and C# skillset.

The role requires 5+ years of hands‑on Dynamics CRM experience, expertise in FetchXml/SQL, and end‑to‑end solution deployment.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development experience.
• Well versed with the overall technical architecture of MS Dynamics CRM.
• Experience in Microsoft CRM 2015 (and higher versions) plugin development and testing.
• High JavaScript skillset and familiarity with the Microsoft CRM 2015 JavaScript API.
• Able to complete Microsoft CRM 2015 (and higher versions) forms, views and other components customizations.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft CRM 2015 (and higher versions) solution deployments and management.
• Experience with Microsoft CRM 2015 SDK using C#. Able to create and maintain applications that connect to CRM via the API.
• Experience in FetchXml and SQL queries.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in architecting, developing, implementing and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On Premise and cloud)
• 8 + years experience with Microsoft Development platform using .NET framework technology, Visual Studio.NET, VB.NET or C#, AOD.NET, ASP.NET
• 5 + years’ SQL Database administration
• SQL 2005 and SQL Reporting Services
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in Agile development
• Azure DevOps-DevOps and CI/CD practices

Responsibilities

• Design and develop MS Dynamics CRM solutions and plugins.
• Implement CRM architectures and integration with external systems.
• Develop and test CRM plugins for Dynamics CRM 2015+.
• Create and modify forms, views, and components in CRM.
• Deploy and manage CRM solutions across environments.
• Utilize FetchXml and SQL for data retrieval and reporting.
• Collaborate in Agile sprints with DevOps practices.
• Maintain code quality using Visual Studio/.NET tools.
• Provide technical guidance on CRM deployments and cloud/on‑premise strategy.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
