Job summary

Capgemini in India (Maharashtra) seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with 6-12 years of hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development, customization, integration, and migration projects.

Expertise in Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, Ribbon Workbench customizations, PCF controls, and CRM integrations using REST/Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus. Will lead migration/upgrade efforts and ensure system stability.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
• Experience in development, customization, integration, and migration projects.
• Strong skills in plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and PCF controls.
• Experience with REST/Web APIs and Azure integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
• Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Ribbon Workbench, and PCF controls.
• CRM configuration and customization: entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, security roles, and business process flows.
• Build and support CRM integrations with external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus.
• Lead CRM migration and upgrade projects, including data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, ensure stability, collaborate with stakeholders.
• Participate in solution design reviews, code reviews, deployment planning, and release management.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with 6-12 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development, customization, integration, and migration projects.

Your Profile

• Designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions based on business requirements.
• Developing and maintaining Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, JavaScript, Ribbon Workbench customizations, and PCF controls.
• Performing CRM configuration and customization, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, security roles, and business process flows.
• Building and supporting CRM integrations with external and enterprise applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Middleware platforms.
• Leading and executing CRM migration and upgrade projects, including data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
• Troubleshooting application issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring system stability. Working closely with functional consultants, architects, and business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Participating in solution design reviews, code reviews, deployment planning, and release management activities.
