The role covers plugin development, workflows, REST/SOAP integrations, data migrations, testing, and production support in on-prem environments, with emphasis on code quality and security

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynamics CRM on-premises experience (2011/2013/2015/2016).
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript and CRM SDK.
• Experience in plugin development, custom workflows and ribbon customization.
• Knowledge of CRM architecture and on-prem deployment models.
• Experience with SQL Server, FetchXML and QueryExpression.
• Familiar with basic IIS, Windows Authentication and Active Directory.

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premises) Specialist Experience: 46 Years

We are seeking a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premises) Specialist with strong technical expertise in customization, development, and integration. The ideal candidate has solid experience working in on-prem environments and can handle development activities along with operational and admin support. This role involves close collaboration with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, well-tested CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and business logic using C#
• Customize entities, forms, views, ribbons, and dashboards
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Develop custom services using ASP.NET Web API
• Work with .NET Framework and CRM SDK
• Support data migration, deployment, and environment management activities
• Assist with unit testing, UAT, and defect resolution to ensure release quality
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security compliance
• Support deployments and releases as part of the team

Required Skills (Must-Have)

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2011/2013/2015/2016 On-Premises)
