In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/CRM), focusing on enhancing functionality through Dynamics 365 Plugins, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, custom workflows, and web services. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
• Build custom plugins, workflows, and actions using C#.
• Utilize Dynamics 365 Web API, RESTful services, Fetch XML, and OData for data access and manipulation.
• Develop PowerApps and create automation flows in Power Automate integrated with Dataverse.
• Build and maintain applications using .NET Framework, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Develop Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps for integration and automation.
• Create custom reports within Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver quality solutions.
• (Optional) Work with RSO (Resource Scheduling Optimization) in Dynamics CRM Field Service.
