Job summary

AMS Human Resources is seeking an experienced CRM Consultant to support the global implementation and rollout of SAP Sales Cloud Version 2. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Business Stakeholders to optimize CRM processes and engage customers across global operations.

The role requires strong experience in SAP Sales Cloud / SAP C4C and a solid understanding of CRM business processes and functional consulting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in CRM consulting or CRM implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 or SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) or SAP CRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional consulting, configuration, testing, UAT, rollout, and stakeholder management.
• Good communication and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement of SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Configure CRM processes including Lead, Opportunity, Account, Contact, Activity, and Customer Data Management.
• Prepare functional documentation, business process flows, user stories, and solution documents.
• Coordinate SIT, IUT/ UAT, and Hypercare activities.
• Work closely with business users, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and implementation partners.
• Support global CRM rollout initiatives and user adoption programs.
• Assist in CRM integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.
• Deliver user training and post-go-live support.
