Job summary

Neuraleap Group seeks a skilled CRM Executive with hands-on Zoho CRM experience to manage customer databases, leads, accounts, and deals, and to drive workflow automation and reporting.

You will configure workflows, generate MIS dashboards, and ensure data integrity while coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations. Training CRM users and maintaining processes are key responsibilities.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Executive with mandatory hands‑on experience in Zoho CRM to manage customer databases, lead tracking, sales pipelines, workflow automation, and management reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining CRM data accuracy, optimizing CRM processes, coordinating with sales and other departments, and ensuring timely follow‑ups on leads and customer enquiries.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience using Zoho CRM and should be capable of configuring the system, generating reports, managing workflows, and improving operational efficiency through CRM automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain the company’s Zoho CRM platform.
• Maintain customer databases, leads, contacts, accounts, deals, and sales records.
• Track leads throughout the sales lifecycle, from enquiry generation to conversion.
• Configure and manage sales pipelines, stages, activities, tasks, and follow‑up reminders.
• Set up workflow rules, automated notifications, assignment rules, and scheduled actions in Zoho CRM.
• Customize CRM modules, fields, layouts, views, and validation rules as per business requirements.
• Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and sales performance metrics using Zoho CRM.
• Monitor lead status, conversion ratios, pending follow‑ups, sales activities, and team performance.
• Ensure accurate data entry, data cleansing, duplicate management, and database maintenance.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and management teams to understand CRM requirements.
• Train and assist CRM users in using the system effectively and following standard processes.
• Troubleshoot CRM‑related issues and coordinate with Zoho support or technical teams when required.
• Manage data imports, exports, and migration activities while maintaining data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and process automation.
• Support integration of Zoho CRM with other business applications, where required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Maintain documentation of CRM configurations, workflows, processes, and user guidelines.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Zoho CRM: Strong hands‑on experience in configuration, customization, administration, and maintenance.
• Workflow Automation: Experience setting up workflow rules, alerts, task automation, and assignment rules.
• CRM Customization: Knowledge of modules, custom fields, layouts, validation rules, and related lists.
• Reports & Dashboards: Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, sales funnels, and performance trackers.
• Data Management: Experience with data import/export, duplicate handling, data cleaning, and database management.
• Zoho Integrations: Understanding of integrations with Zoho applications and third‑party tools.
• Deluge Scripting: Knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting will be an added advantage.
• Zoho Analytics / Advanced Excel: Experience with reporting and data analysis will be preferred.
