Independent Recruitment Consultant (freelancer) is seeking a Zoho CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM ecosystem. You will customize workflows, build scalable automations, and integrate Zoho with other tools to drive engagement and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on Zoho CRM experience, strong Deluge skills, and a data-driven mindset to improve performance across marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho ecosystem.
• Strong Deluge knowledge (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript or Python.
• Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel reporting.
• 2–5 years CRM/Marketing Automation experience (Zoho preferred).

We are looking for a Zoho CRM Specialist who can manage, customize, and optimize our CRM ecosystem to drive customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency. This role requires a mix of CRM expertise, automation skills, and basic coding knowledge to build scalable systems and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate data, pipeline visibility, and smooth operations
• Design and execute targeted campaigns using Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Automation
• Build and optimize workflows, blueprints, and automation using Deluge
• Develop and manage integrations with internal and third-party tools via APIs and webhooks
• Create customer segmentation strategies for lifecycle marketing (lead nurturing, retention, re-engagement)
• Generate reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics to track campaign and sales performance
• Ensure CRM data hygiene, deduplication, and compliance with data privacy standards
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech teams to improve CRM usage and efficiency

Requirements
