Job summary

Sanrachna is seeking a Zoho CRM Specialist to tailor and optimize the Zoho CRM platform to fit our business workflows. You will train users, build comprehensive documentation, and monitor performance to ensure smooth operation.

The role requires translating business needs into effective CRM configurations and ongoing improvements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/BA and has at least 1 year of Zoho CRM experience, with Zoho certifications considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist or similar role.
• Experience configuring and customizing Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and reports.
• Strong CRM knowledge and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
