ISIC Multispeciality Hospital in New Delhi is hiring a Critical Care Nurse for the CCU. This full‑time role involves continuous cardiac monitoring, administering medicines, and working with a cardiology team to stabilize patients.

The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of nursing experience, GNM or BSc Nursing qualifications, and ability to work under pressure in a high‑acuity environment. Work is office/onsite at ISIC’s CCU facility.

Qualifications

• GNM or BSc Nursing education as listed.
• Experience: 1–3 years in nursing, CCU preferred.
• Nursing qualifications suitable for critical care delivery.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients with acute cardiovascular conditions.
• Monitor ECG rhythms, heart rate, BP, and oxygen saturation.
• Identify abnormal rhythms and report promptly.
• Administer prescribed cardiovascular medications and treatments.
• Monitor patients after cardiac procedures as assigned.
• Assist cardiologists during bedside procedures and emergencies.
• Support resuscitation activities within training and authorization.
• Observe signs of deterioration and escalate as needed.
• Maintain nursing notes and cardiac monitoring records.
• Follow medication safety and patient identification procedures.
• Maintain infection prevention standards.
• Provide comfort, hygiene, and mobility assistance.
• Coordinate with cardiologists and healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on care and recovery instructions.

The Critical Care Nurse – CCU provides specialized nursing care to patients with serious cardiovascular conditions in the Coronary Care Unit. The involves continuous cardiac monitoring, administering prescribed medications, observing changes in cardiovascular status, and assisting with emergency cardiac interventions. The nurse works closely with cardiologists and the cardiac care team to support patient stabilization, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with critical care and infection prevention standards.

• Assess patients with acute and serious cardiovascular conditions.
• Monitor ECG rhythms, heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
• Identify abnormal cardiac rhythms and report them promptly.
• Administer prescribed cardiovascular medications and treatments.
• Monitor patients following cardiac procedures as assigned.
• Assist cardiologists during bedside procedures and emergency interventions.
• Support resuscitation activities within training and authorization.
