You will participate in rounds, manage emergencies, supervise juniors, and coordinate with nursing staff to deliver patient-centered critical care. Candidates with MD/DNB/DM in critical care are preferred.

The Associate Consultant - ICU provides specialist-level clinical care to critically ill patients, supporting diagnosis, treatment planning, continuous monitoring, and management of complex medical conditions. The involves coordinating multidisciplinary care, supervising junior medical staff, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with intensive care protocols. The Associate Consultant contributes to clinical governance, patient safety, documentation quality, and continuous improvement in critical care services.

• Evaluate critically ill patients and determine appropriate management priorities.
• Review patient histories, clinical examinations, and diagnostic results.
• Develop and oversee individualized critical care treatment plans.
