As Crewing Manager, you will oversee all aspects of crew management operations for the company's fleet within Northern Marine Manning Services India. This is a leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, stakeholder management, and people leadership to ensure vessels are staffed with competent, compliant, and motivated seafarers. You will play a key role in driving crewing performance, supporting business growth, maintaining regulatory compliance, and enhancing seafarer engagement across the organisation. The role will also involve close collaboration with international stakeholders and senior leadership teams globally.
Hybrid working available, with regular office attendance expected in Mumbai. The business operates a 5-day per week in-office presence, with the ability to utilise hybrid working, after probation period, up to once a week, in line with business needs.
