Job summary

Jesseena Marine Services in Mumbai and Kochi seeks a proactive Crewing Coordinator to manage crew recruitment, documentation, and mobilization for our maritime clients.

You will ensure vessels are staffed with qualified seafarers, maintain crew databases, arrange travel and visas, and ensure compliance with STCW and client standards.

Experience in crew manning or maritime operations is preferred, with strong coordination and communication skills and knowledge of seafarer documentation a plus.
