• We are hiring an experienced Sourcing Manager with offshore crew recruitment expertise to join our crewing operations team in Mumbai
• The ideal candidate will develop and manage sourcing strategies for offshore crew across all ranks
• You will identify potential candidates proactively, maintain a robust talent pipeline, and ensure all sourced candidates meet MLC, STCW, ARAMCO, ADNOC, and client-specific requirements
• Responsibilities include overseeing document verification and compliance checks, coordinating closely with Crewing and Operations teams, monitoring market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor sourcing practices, and ensuring timely mobilization support through effective manpower planning

Requirements
