Shipworkz Marine Solutions in Mumbai seeks an experienced maritime professional to manage offshore crew operations from recruitment to repatriation. The role covers end-to-end crew lifecycle, ensuring safety, regulatory alignment and efficient movement of personnel across vessels.

You will oversee scheduling, mobilization and visa processing for OSVs/PSVs/AHTS while maintaining strict compliance with STCW and flag state requirements, supporting operational excellence and crew welfare.
