Job summary

Cyient in Hyderabad seeks a Creo design engineer with 3+ years hands-on experience to work on casting component design, advanced part modeling, surfacing, and large assemblies.

You will create 3D models and detailing, generate production and machining drawings with GD&T per ASME Y14.5, and use Windchill PDM for workspace tasks.

Independent execution with strong communication is essential in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Creo.
• Expertise in Advanced Part Modeling & Surfacing.
• Experience in Large Assembly Management and 3D Detailing.
• Experience in Production & Machining Drawing Creation.
• Strong knowledge of castings design using Creo Surfacing.

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Creo
• Expertise in:
  • Advanced Part Modeling & Surfacing
  • Large Assembly Management
  • 3D Modeling & Detailing
  • Production & Machining Drawing Creation

Strong Knowledge In:

• Casting component design & development using Creo Surfacing
• Casting processes (Sand Casting, HPDC, LPDC)
• GD&T as per ASME Y14.5
• Windchill PDM (Workspace creation, Check-in & Check-out)

Key Competencies:

• Strong ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
• Capable of independent execution with minimal supervision
• Good communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills
