Qualifications

• Proficiency in CATIA V5 for part design, assembly design and drafting.
• Strong 3D modeling capabilities for cast components.
• Experience creating detailed 2D drawings in CATIA V5.
• Solid understanding of GD&T and engineering drawing standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of casting manufacturing processes and design considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify 3D models of cast components using CATIA V5.
• Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings in CATIA V5 as per customer standards.
• Apply GD&T and dimensional tolerances in accordance with applicable standards.
• Interpret engineering specifications and customer requirements.
• Implement engineering changes (ECR/ECN) and update CAD models and drawings.

• Participate in design reviews and resolve design-related issues.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Proficiency in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly Design, Drafting).
