Job summary

Equitas Small Finance Bank in Rajasthan seeks a Credit Officer to handle pre-disbursement documentation, CAM preparation, and strict adherence to Credit norms and TAT. You will ensure complete files before disbursement and maintain First Time Right as per annexure.

Responsibilities include timely physical file dispatch to Head Office and on-time PDD completion for loans disbursed, based in the Bikaner branch (Branch Code 16041) under VF Department, North Zone, Rajasthan.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant credit/ banking experience.
• Experience in credit appraisal and file clearance.
• Knowledge of credit norms and TATs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CAM with pre-disbursement documents per Credit norms and 30% TAT (Pre Disbursement).
• Ensure file is complete before disbursement (FTR per matrix).
• Dispatch physical file to HO as per matrix (TAT of physical dispatch).
• Ensure on-time completion of PDD for loans disbursed.
