Position Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, creative, and relationship-driven Creator Partnership Manager – South to manage and grow Divo's exclusive creator portfolio across South India, with a primary focus on Instagram.

In this role, you will act as the key strategic bridge between creators and brands. You will be responsible for driving handle growth on Instagram, maintaining exceptionally high creator satisfaction, and managing end-to-end brand campaign coordination seamlessly.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle Optimization: Develop actionable growth strategies for exclusive creator Instagram handles to scale followers, reach, engagement rates, and video completion rates.
• Trend & Format Identification: Provide creators with real-time trend alerts, Reels concepts, audio hooks, viral formats, and content calendars optimized for Instagram’s algorithm.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Deep-dive into Instagram Insights to analyze reach, retention, and audience demographics, translating data into clear content recommendations.
• Platform Feature Adoption: Guide creators on leveraging new Instagram features (Reels, Broadcast Channels, Stories, Collabs) to drive audience loyalty.

2. Creator Relationship & Satisfaction

• Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the trusted, day-to-day manager for Divo’s exclusive South creator roster, ensuring prompt resolution of their needs.
• Creator Satisfaction: Focus heavily on creator retention, trust-building, and long-term satisfaction through transparent communication and constant support.
• Growth Reviews: Conduct regular 1-on-1 performance reviews and maintain tailored growth roadmaps for every managed creator.

3. Seamless Brand & Creator Coordination

• End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Act as the central liaison between internal brand sales teams, agencies, and creators to ensure flawless execution of influencer campaigns.
• Briefing & Execution: Translate brand briefs to creators, guide storyboarding/scripting, manage deliverable timelines, and ensure brand guidelines are met without compromising the creator's authentic tone.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle campaign revisions, scheduling constraints, and creator queries smoothly to maintain strong relationships on both the brand and creator sides.

Key Performance Areas (KPIs)

• Instagram Handle Growth: Metric-driven growth in reach, engagement rates, and follower retention across managed handles.
• Creator Retention & Satisfaction: High satisfaction scores and retention rates among exclusive South creators.
• Campaign Execution Quality: Seamless, on-time delivery of brand deliverables with minimal revisions or friction.
• Commercial Support: Active contribution to identifying brand alignment opportunities for exclusive creators.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Creator Partnerships, or Instagram Growth Strategy.
• Language Proficiency: Working knowledge or fluency in Tamil and/or additional South Indian languages (Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is a strong plus.
• Instagram Expertise: Deep, hands-on mastery of the Instagram ecosystem, algorithm nuances, viral trends, and Instagram Insights analytics.
• Brand Coordination Skills: Proven track record of coordinating between creators and brands seamlessly for influencer marketing campaigns.
• Relationship Focus: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills dedicated to maintaining high creator satisfaction.
• Location: Based in or willing to work from Bangalore.
