Experience: 3–6 years ·
Wanted: a painter who wears a suit. Wildly creative, and polished enough for the world's biggest boardrooms.
About All In Motion
All In Motion is a global B2B creative agency, working with enterprise brands since 2010. We help some of the world's biggest technology, consulting and industrial companies, including Capgemini, Schneider Electric, Genpact, TCS, Infosys and Google Cloud, turn complex stories into creative that moves buyers.
Our work covers brand narrative, integrated campaigns, digital experiences and large-scale creative production. Every project runs through our CORE™ framework, which keeps delivery on track and leaves room for big ideas. We think good B2B work should still make a person feel something.
What you'll do
- Come up with campaign concepts, platforms and taglines for enterprise brands, and present them with conviction.
- Create social-first ideas, series and formats for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. Hooks, carousels, short-form video, the occasional meme when the brand can carry it, and stunts people share.
- Write short form: headlines, taglines, social posts, ad copy, scripts and voiceovers.
- Write long form: blogs, articles, whitepapers, e-books, reports and thought-leadership pieces.
- Keep everything in a campaign sounding like one idea, across formats, markets and months.
- Work with art directors, designers and animators from the first sketch, so ideas are built visually from the start.
- Dig through research, reports and expert interviews to find the insight a campaign can stand on. The technical detail is there to support the story.
- Use modern creative and productivity tools to explore more routes and move quickly. The ideas and the final words are yours.
Who you are
- You're an ideas person first. Your portfolio has campaigns you helped come up with, as well as copy you wrote.
- You get social. You've made social campaigns that people actually engaged with, and you can tell which trends are worth joining.
- You have your own voice and a good ear, and you can adapt to any brand, from playful to boardroom.
- You're as comfortable with a six-word headline as with a 3,000-word whitepaper.
- You'll pitch the idea that makes the room a little nervous, and you can tell a good idea from a loud one.
The suit
- You communicate clearly with senior marketing teams and can present and defend your work.
- You meet deadlines. Enterprise clients rely on it, and so do we.
- You have 3–6 years in an agency or brand team, including some B2B work. You don't need to be a tech expert, but you pick up a new industry or product quickly.
- You follow brand guidelines, check your facts and only ship work you can stand behind.
- You use modern creative tools to work faster, and you know when to put them down and think for yourself.
- You like working with designers, take feedback well and give it honestly.
- Your written and spoken English is excellent.
Nice to have
- Campaign work that won awards, made a shortlist or got results you can point to.
- Concepting and scripting for brand films, animated explainers or events.
- Experience with IT services, consulting, SaaS, sustainability or financial services clients.
- Some understanding of how B2B buyers make decisions.
- Something you make outside work: a newsletter, a podcast, short films, poetry, a meme page.
