Job summary

AMINU, a premium skincare brand in Mumbai, is seeking a Creative Art Director to advance its visual identity and storytelling. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in art direction, particularly within the beauty or premium brands sector. Responsibilities include leading campaign concepts, ensuring consistent visual messaging across channels, and mentoring team members. This role requires in-office attendance, with no hybrid or remote options available. You will work Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Art Direction / Senior Design, preferably in beauty, skincare, or premium brands.
• Strong understanding of visuals, target audience, and product imagery.
• Ability to take an idea from moodboard to final output.

At AMINU, creativity isn’t decoration, it’s direction. And as our Creative Art Director, you’ll be the one taking forward the co-founder's vision of the brand.

What You’ll Do

• Taking forward the Founder's visual identity of the brand across all touchpoints.
• Lead campaign concepts from idea to final output.
• Ensure consistent, elevated storytelling across social, website, and campaigns.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams, and directly with the co-founder to create high-impact content.
• Guide and mentor designers and copywriters to raise the overall creative standard.

What You Bring

• 4+ years in Art Direction / Senior Design (beauty, skincare, or premium brands preferred).
• Strong understanding of copy, visuals, target audience, product imagery, textures, lighting, and composition.
• Ability to take an idea from moodboard to final, polished output.
• A sharp eye for clean, premium aesthetics.
• Obsession with details, textures, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with execution speed.
