Job summary

Aminu Skincare is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to transform ideas into compelling content across formats, from reels to story-led videos. You’ll own the monthly social calendar and collaborate with copy and design teams for strong creatives.

You will shoot BTS moments, product demos, and team content, working with photographers and creators to build a distinctive Aminu presence across channels.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in social media, content, digital content, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content formats, particularly Reels and Stories.
• Ideation-minded—focus on hooks, formats, and stories rather than only posting schedules.
• Strong visual sense and an understanding of what makes content engaging.
• Good communication with copywriters, designers, creators, and external production teams.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize fresh, engaging content ideas across Reels, BTS, storytelling edits, product-first videos, creator-style content, and other social formats.
• Own the monthly social media calendar and work closely with the copy and design teams to turn ideas into strong, relevant creatives.
• Collaborate with the copywriter on hooks, messaging, tone, narrative flow, and overall content direction for posts and campaigns.
• Stay closely aligned with the Community Building team on launches, events, campaigns, and other brand priorities.
• Be hands-on with content creation by regularly shooting raw content such as BTS moments, product demos, founder/team moments, office culture, and social-first visual ideas.
• Coordinate with photographers, creators, studios, and other external teams to plan and execute product shoots and larger content requirements.
• Help build a consistent, distinctive, and memorable AMINU presence across social media through thoughtful content and strong execution.

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who can take an idea from a thought on paper to something people actually want to watch, understand, and remember.

This role will involve developing content ideas across formats, planning the social calendar, working closely with our copy and design teams, and being hands-on with content creation. You will also collaborate with creators, photographers, studios, and external production teams to bring larger content ideas to life.

You’ll work closely with the founders and internal teams and will have a strong role in shaping how AMINU shows up across social media.

Other Details :

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible)

Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM, with flexibility based on alignment with your manager
