Galaxy Resource Private Limited in Lucknow and Delhi is seeking a Country Head Medical Devices with 10+ years of senior leadership experience in medical devices or healthcare equipment. The role leads sales, service, marketing and regulatory teams across both offices.

You will set the annual business plan, forge partnerships, own the P&L, budgets and pricing, and ensure CDSCO compliance and quality certifications. MBA preferred and India regulations knowledge required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Healthcare Management or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in senior leadership in medical devices or healthcare equipment.
• Proven P&L ownership and team-building track record.
• Working knowledge of Indian medical device regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Set the annual business plan for medical devices and drive market share.
• Open new hospital, distributor and institutional partnerships and widen the product portfolio.
• Own the P&L, budgets, pricing approvals and collections for the business.
• Build and lead the sales, service, marketing and regulatory teams across both offices.
• Keep products and processes compliant with CDSCO medical device rules and quality certifications.
• Track competitors, new technology and tender trends and turn them into strategy for the board.
