Experience: 12+ Years in Sales (preferably in the Medical Devices)

Korazon Medical DevicesPvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, growth-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Uttar Pradesh region. This role is crucial in driving business development, managing a high-performing sales team, and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales operations for the entire UP region.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and mentor a strong team of Territory Sales Executives and Area Manager
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with hospitals, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Regular travel across the region to ensure field visibility and performance tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in team management and regional sales leadership
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Preference will be given to candidates from the Medical Devices, Diagnostics, or Healthcare sectors.
• Willingness to travel extensively across UP.
