Job summary

Cosma Fertility is seeking a dynamic sales coordinator to respond to new leads within minutes, qualify them, and guide patients through the FertiGen process in Hindi or English. You will book teleconsults, send reminders, and manage follow-ups to close sales while keeping CRM updated with daily activity.

You will base in Delhi NCR and use WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets to track progress and renewals. Strong communication and empathy are essential to succeed in a women’s health environment.

Qualifications

• Target-based experience converting inbound leads over calls and WhatsApp.
• Fluent Hindi with conversational English; comfortable discussing fertility.
• Strong CRM discipline with basic WhatsApp Business & Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to every new lead on WhatsApp or call within 15 minutes.
• Qualify leads and explain FertiGen and doctor process clearly in Hindi or English.
• Book teleconsults, send reminders and ensure patient attendance.
• Follow up after consult, handle objections with empathy and close sales.
• Follow up quiet leads and drive cycle-2 renewals.
• Update the CRM live and send an end-of-day report.

Cosma Fertility is an IIT Bombay-incubated womens health company. We make FertiGen, a non-hormonal fertility support device, and work with 90+ doctors. Warm leads come in daily; you turn them into consultations and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to every new lead on WhatsApp or call within 15 minutes
• Qualify leads and explain FertiGen and the doctor process in simple Hindi or English, honestly
• Book teleconsults, send reminders and ensure the patient attends
• Follow up after the consult, handle objections with empathy and close the sale
• Follow up quiet leads (Day 1, 3, 7, 14, 30) and drive cycle-2 renewals
• Update the CRM live and send an end-of-day report

Requirements

• Target-based experience converting inbound leads over calls and WhatsApp
• Fluent Hindi, conversational English; comfortable discussing fertility and womens health
• CRM discipline; basic WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets skills
• Based in Delhi NCR (Noida, Greater Noida, East Delhi, Ghaziabad preferred)
