Applicants should have at least 3 years in Overseas Education, be fluent in English and Hindi, and be ready for full-time work in Gurgaon NCR with a 6-day workweek and fixed office hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive counselling for higher-education pathways, including program selection and visa guidance.
• Interact with students to understand background, interests and career objectives.
• Recommend courses, universities and progression routes aligned with each student's profile.
• Guide applicants through application preparation and timelines to ensure compliance.
• Manage student leads through CRM and follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and timely task completion.

The position serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students exploring higher education opportunities overseas. It requires a professional, informed, and service-oriented approach to guide applicants through academic choices, procedural requirements, and regulatory steps.

Student Advisory and Counselling

• Deliver comprehensive counselling services for higher-education pathways, covering program selection, application preparation, and visa-related guidance.
• Conduct structured interactions with students to understand their academic background, professional interests, and long-term career objectives.
• Recommend appropriate courses, universities, and progression routes that align with each student's profile, competencies, and aspirations.
• Evaluate student eligibility by reviewing academic records, language-proficiency levels, financial preparedness, and compliance with institutional requirements.

Admissions Support and Compliance

• Provide accurate advice on university policies, admission criteria, documentation standards, and application timelines.
• Guide students in preparing complete, compliant, and high-quality applications to enhance acceptance rates and ensure smooth processing.

Lead Management and Operational Excellence

• Manage and nurture student leads through CRM platforms and lead-management tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and structured engagement.
• Maintain, monitor, and update application pipelines to maximize conversions and support organizational targets.
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction by delivering timely, empathetic, and solution-oriented support throughout the counselling journey.

Collaboration and Internal Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of processes and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Complete tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Manager in a timely and professional manner.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is essential; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with MS Excel is required to ensure efficiency during outreach activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria:
