Key Responsibilities

The Academic Counselor will serve as an integral member of the admissions team, assisting prospective students with admission processes to our partner institutions. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective students, identifying their needs, addressing queries, guiding them towards appropriate institutes, and managing the complete admission and documentation process.
• Providing in-person support for walk-in students and parents, responding effectively to their enquiries.
• Continuously updating knowledge of university academic and extracurricular offerings to provide accurate counseling in line with students’ interests.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is essential; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Strong ability to translate student requirements into successful admissions.
• Familiarity with MS Excel is required to ensure efficiency during outreach activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria
