Academic Counsellor – Overseas Admission

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, identifying their needs, addressing queries, guiding them towards appropriate institutes, and managing the complete admission and documentation process.
• Provide in-person support for walk-in students and parents, responding effectively to their enquiries.
• Continuously update knowledge of university academic and extracurricular offerings to provide accurate counseling in line with students’ interests.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in English and Hindi communication is essential; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Strong ability to translate student requirements into successful admissions.
• Familiarity with MS Excel is required to ensure efficiency during outreach activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be available for full-time employment.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to commence employment within one week.
• Candidates must reside in Gurgaon or be willing to relocate.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in overseas admissions (UK, US, Canada, Europe, Australia, or Dubai) is required.
